It's a lily. Her name's Lily Blossom, and she is the only pony that there is a 5 dollar figure of that I don't have yet. I always thought she looked like Derpy when I saw pictures of her online, but not that I have all 24 of the blind bag figures (plus Coconut Cream, who I got at a convention), I see that her fur is actually purple. The fact that her 5 dollar figure was released at the same time as Cheerilee (a fairly major character) and that the image on the box isn't a recolor of an existing pony suggests that she is a scrapped character who could have appeared on the show.
